  • 40g oats
  • 25g fresh spinach
  • 1cm thumb of ginger
  • 80g cooked beetroot not pickled
  • 100g frozen summer fruit
  • 330ml coconut water
  1. Method:
  2. Blend until the drink is smooth.
  3. Serve straight away.
