What to do with chocolate crowns
Here is what I did with the chocolate crowns

For the small crowns I made cupcakes, covered
them with butter icing and then placed
the crowns in the icing so they stood up.
They looked wonderful and tasted really good too!
For the big crowns I made a Victoria sponge and added some red food paste to give it a great strawberry colour. For this one I whipped up some double cream and used that to sandwich the slices together. I also used the rest to cover the top. The cream was thick enough to support the chocolate crowns and when I had them where I wanted I filled the middle with strawberries.
I will certainly be making this for the jubilee!
