I posted up the article I was in last week and I realised the recipe wasn’t large enough to read so I’ve posted it below. I hope you like it.
These cookies are really yummy, especially dipped in tea. I love cinnamon cookies!
You can always use this recipe with cookie cutters. Roll out the dough to about 5mm thick and use a cookie cutter or plunger cutters to make biscuits. To stop the shapes spreading in the oven put the baking trays of cookies in the fridge for half an hour and then put them in the oven.
