Beetroot, Raspberry and Ginger Smoothie

Sew white Beetroot raspberry ginger smoothie 1

I used the large cup on the Nutri Ninja which made 2 large glasses of this delicious smoothie

Ingredients

-2 cooked beetroot
-200g fresh raspberries
-1cm thumb of fresh and peeled ginger
-a few mint leaves
– top up with apple juice

-If you want to make this more of a cocktail add a measure of vodka or gin.
-Or to make it very special top up the drink with Prosecco.

Method

-Whizz it up for 20-30 seconds and serve straight away.

The colour of the finished smoothie was amazing. Rich and decadent!

    Wow this looks refreshing and good for you. I would never have thought of using beetroot.

      I didn’t think about using vegetables before but beetroot works so well.

      I love ginger in it. It is so worth trying it adds such a delicious zing!
