Beetroot, Raspberry and Ginger Smoothie
I used the large cup on the Nutri Ninja which made 2 large glasses of this delicious smoothie
-2 cooked beetroot
-200g fresh raspberries
-1cm thumb of fresh and peeled ginger
-a few mint leaves
– top up with apple juice
-If you want to make this more of a cocktail add a measure of vodka or gin.
-Or to make it very special top up the drink with Prosecco.
-Whizz it up for 20-30 seconds and serve straight away.
The colour of the finished smoothie was amazing. Rich and decadent!
So simple to make and so delicious. Enjoy!
