Valentine’s Day Milkshake

Happy Valentine’s Day!

I was lucky enough to share Valentine’s Day morning with two of my best friends having a delicious breakfast. I am obsessed with milkshakes at the moment so getting to make my friends something yummy was good fun. This milkshake is strawberry, banana, mint and ginger.

sew white lactofree milkshakes

Ingredients

– 2 medium banana
– 200g strawberries
– 1cm thumb of ginger peeled
– a few mint leaves
– lactofree milk

Method

– Pop the ingredients in blender/juicer and top up with the milk so the ingredients are covered. I used the 24oz cup of the nutri ninja as it makes 2 good size portions. I topped up the milk to the max fill line.
– Blend up.
– Serve and enjoy.

I’m totally in love with serving drinks in jam jar glasses.

Lovely food, lovely friends, lovely Saturday x

This looks so tasty. I love strawberries, but wouldn’t of thought to put ginger in the mix. Nice!
