After a long day or when you’re in the mood for something delicious and filling try my quick creme fraiche and rocket tagliatelle. It is always a great meal and this recipe has been used for dinners and lunches for years in my family.
- 300ml Creme Fraiche
- 80g fresh rocket
- 2 lemons (squeezed)
- black pepper
- Cook the tagliatelle as per the instructions
- Once cooked, drain the pasta and add to a bowl.
- Mix in the creme fraiche, rocket, the juice of 2 lemons and pepper in to the bowl.
- Serve straight away.
