Digital Pedometer by Ozeri Review
I’ve been looking for a pedometer for a while and I was so happy to be sent this little pedometer to try out.
This is a great machine and it has lots of options which I didn’t think I’d use, but they are helpful and informative. The front display shows the date, time and steps. When you first use it you put in your stride length and weight so within the options when you press mode it tells you how far you’ve walked in miles and how long in minutes you’ve walked for. It’s really interesting and nice to know how far I’ve walked in a day.
As I’m trying to get a little bit healthier and with this good weather it’s nice to go for walks. I’m trying to make sure I do at the 10,000 steps a day the NHS recommends for improving your health. So far I’m getting about 8000 and but that was the average on a regular weekend which was fairly lazy. I was surprised how many steps I do just pottering around the house but that just might be me being a fidget!
I can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m really enjoying walking more as I like to see how many steps I’ve done one day and then do more then next day.
Plus the little machine has a built in memory so you can go back over the last few days to see your steps. This is a lovely pedometer and the added details are really helpful.
The pedometer is £15 and with the added functions make it a good price in my opinion. It is available at Amazon.
