Ingredients
Super Simple Slaw
1small red cabbage
1red onion
2carrots
fresh parsley
1red chillioptional for a little more heat
Creamy Dressing
1tablespoonof olive oil
1tablespoonof balsamic vinegar
4tablespoonsof plain yoghurt
4tablespoonsof mayonnaise
2tablespoonsof smooth Dijon mustard
1tablespoonof white wine vinegar
1teaspoonof olive oil
2tablespoonsof chopped parsley
juice from one lime
small pinch of salt
Instructions
Making the Slaw
To make the coleslaw thinly chop all the ingredients and add to a bowl.
Give it a good stir. It's that simple
Making the Dressing
For the dressing mix everything together and it's ready to serve.
