Ingredients
4tablespoonsmixed frozen summer berries
100mlgin(of your choice)
tonic
ice cubes(optional)
Instructions
If you have ice pop a few in the gin glasses. If you don't have any, don't worry the frozen fruit will keep it cool.
Remove the frozen fruit from the bag and pop in the glass.
Add 50ml of gin to each glass (or a good splash if you don't have a jigger measurer). Leave the gin to infuse with the fruits, the time it takes to get the tonic out of the fridge will be enough.
Top up with tonic and serve. It really is that simple!
Notes
If you have some fresh berries you could add them to the side of the glass to look pretty, or if you have some mint add that to the glasses with the ice but it will taste great without them.
