These sticky cranberry cocktail sausages are the highlight of Christmas in my house. We make these cranberry and sweet chilli cocktail sausages as often as we can and they never last long. Sweet and juicy cranberries with a spicy chilli glaze really makes these sticky cocktail sausages the best of Christmas party food.
In a measuring jug add the 60ml sweet chilli sauce, 1 heaped tablespoon cranberry sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice and juice of half a lime. Plus the cinnamon if you want to make it extra christmassy.
Mix the sauce together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add a layer of aluminium foil to a baking tray and put the sausages on it.
Pour the marinade sauce mixture over the sausages and turn the sausages to coat them.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Turn after 20 minutes.
