Chocolate Star Stacking Christmas Tree

My Chocolate Star Christmas Tree is a very easy, cute and fun way to get creative with children this Christmas. Build up the stars and get decorating.

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 8 rolos
  • lots of sprinkles


  • Place the printed templates on a baking tray or board and cover with a sheet of baking/greaseproof paper.
  • Melt the chocolate in a 20 second bursts in the microwave or over hot water.
  • Using a piping bag pipe the outline of the stars on the greaseproof paper and then fill with more chocolate.
  • Place a rolo in the middle of every chocolate star except one of the smallest stars and then go mad with your favourite sprinkles.
  • Place in the fridge until set.
  • Take the stars off the greaseproof paper and stack up on a flat plate or board from largest to smallest with the smallest star without a rolo on top.
  • It looks lovely as a table decoration and makes a fabulous pudding at the end of the meal. I love adding them to a bowl of ice cream!
