Pears on Toast - Mozzarella and Chilli
Add a lovely twist to toast with my Pears on Toast with Mozzarella and Chilli. It makes it a little more Mediterranean and even more delicious.
- Sourdough bread
- 1 Ripe pear
- Red chilli
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
Toast the sourdough. I use the grill as I like the chunky toast and it doesn't always fit in the toaster. Keep an eye on it though as grilling can cook it a bit quick.
Peel and slice a pear and add to the toast with pieces of mozzarella.
Slice up a chilli and place on top. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Enjoy
