3 organic carrots
-handful of organic shallots
5 cloves of organic garlic
1 organic broccoli
Grainy mustard
Organic veg pack of green beans and sweetcorn- Organic potatoes enough to fill your boots!
Yorkshire puddings
Glug of organic red wine and water for the stock
Instructions
Place the beef in a roasting tin with the, garlic roughly crushed, shallots, 1 carrot shopped up, broccoli storks saving the main parts for steaming to serve with the dinner later.
-Pour a good glug of wine over the beef plus some water to start off a stock for gravy later.
Smear the mustard over the meat and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 fan degree for medium rare.
After 45 minutes in the oven allow the beef to rest while everything else comes together. It will stay warm and keep cooking from it's heat.
Roast or boil the potatoes and the rest of the veg.
In the roasting tin keep the juices and start to cook on the hob again. Add 2 tablespoons of plain flour and whisk in. Add more hot water to make the gravy as thick as you like. Drain the gravy into a jug to serve.
Serve and enjoy.
