Ingredients

  • ice cubes
  • 50 ml white rum
  • 12 ml sugar syrup (about a tablespoon)
  • 12 ml lemon juice (about a tablespoon)
  • 25 ml limoncello
  • pineapple juice

Instructions

  • Add the ice to a tall glass.
  • Add the rum, sugar syrup, lemon juice and limoncello to the glass and give it a stir gently with a long spoon or straw.
  • Top up with pineapple juice and serve.
