This flavourful and easy lamb steak traybake is such an easy roast recipe - and with minimal washing up! It’s sure to be a family favourite - after all, what could be better than a delicious (and pretty healthy) meal with minimal washing up?

Ingredients
4lamb steaks
2tablespoonscumin seeds
1tablespoondried parsley
1tablespoondried oregano
10Baby Potatoes
mix of olives
2red onions
100gtomatoes
50mlwhite wine
100mlvegetable stock (1 stock cube to the 100ml water)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan.
Take the lamb steaks and coat in the cumin seeds.
In a frying pan or in a roasting tin which is also hob proof, heat a little oil and gently fry the lamb for 4-5 minutes until browned. Remove from the heat
Chop up the onions and add them to the large tray.
Slice the potatoes and add them in.
Scatter in the tomatoes, olives and the rest of the herbs. Give it a good stir together.
Add the wine and the stock.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
Serve and enjoy.
