This oven cooked sausages recipe really makes cooking sausages even easier and a lot less messy! Using fresh sausages will only take 25 minutes, frozen 45 minutes. Check out my easy recipe for how to cook sausages in the oven.
Put the oil and then the sausages on a baking tray.
Optional - Using a knife to carefully cut a small hole into each sausage's skin to help any fat escape when cooking. Too many holes can cause the sausages to dry out when cooking.
Cook the sausages in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Make sure to turn them over halfway through cooking.
