Cadbury Marvellous Creations Fridge Tray Bake

  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 200 g popping candy marvellous creations bar
  • 300 g digestives
  • 120 g maltesers
  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of popping candy optional as the popping candy in the chocolate will dissolve when you melted so this adds some more


  1. Place the butter, golden syrup and chocolate in a saucepan and melt together on a gentle heat, keep stirring. Take it off the heat when it's all melted together.
  2. Crush the digestives to crumbs and add to the melted chocolate mixture. (I use a rolling pin and hit the biscuits while they are in a bag to make the crumbs.)
  3. Once throughly mixed add the maltesers and popping candy.
  4. Line a small baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  5. Put the mixture into the pan and press in firmly to compact the mix.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over hot water.When it has melted pour the chocolate over the maltesers mix. Put in the fridge for until set – after 1 hour cut into slices and return to the fridge. It's easier to cut when it's still setting.
