    If you love tea you will love this! Adorable tea and a beautifully lovely mug to enjoy the love tea in. I love the limited edition tea caddy (£10). It’s adorable. As soon as I’ve finished the tea I’m keeping it for something, possibly pens on my desk at work but maybe jewellery or flowers. Either way I’m definitely keeping it. I suppose I should talk about the tea it is based on the Red Velvet Cake infusion from Whittard and has pink sugar hearts to give it a really ‘lovely’ feel . Cocoa kernels, creamy coconut and sugared hazelnuts create a rich, chocolatey taste, and raspberries add a red berry flavour to the brewed tea. It really does taste like cake. The love mug…

    I love food and Valentine’s Day is a perfect day to share the love of food with the one you love. I have teamed up with OXO Good Grips to create a lovely three course meal. Yes I made heart shaped meatballs. Any excuse to make things into hearts with me. To make this Valentine’s Day dinner I had the OXO Good Grips chopper, salad dressing shaker and egg separator. They were brilliant products and I would absolutely recommend these to other cooks who love fun kitchens gadgets. For the starter I went for something very simple.   • Warm Fruit Meringue Pudding for Valentine’s Day

    A gorgeous meringue flavoured with black forest icing sugar served with mixed berries, chocolate and cream. Delicious. Feeds 6 hungry people (can be served cold 2-3 days after it’s made) Meringue Ingredients – 4 large egg whites at room temperature – 120g caster sugar – 120g icing sugar (I used Sugar and Crumbs Black Forest Icing) – 20g cocoa powder Method – Preheat the oven to 100°C and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper. – Using a mixer whisk the egg whites until they start to make stiff peaks. – With the whisk still going start to add one tablespoon of sugar at a time until it’s mixed in well.
