Here is Chef Swarna Gupta’s menu
There are options to cater for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The menu is filled with incredible dishes. Including celeriac hazelnut velouté with winter truffles. Seafood Parmentier Lobster Bisque and the classic Boeuf Bourguignon with cauliflower puree and leeks. For sweet tooth fans, like myself, the pudding is an expertly created cremé Brûlée. It will be a feast for the senses and an incredible evening.
