Family Favourite Meat Dishes – Cook Blog Share Week 11

In this weeks #CookBlogShare I have rounded up the best Family Favourite Meat Dishes. These are perfect for spring while it’s still a bit cooler and we still want something to enjoy and to warm us. Perfect dishes for body and soul.
Welcome to this week’s #CookBlogShare – how can it be week 11 of 2021 already?! For me it has definitely felt like it’s the longest year ever and it’s only March.
As it’s still a bit cold and grey I have picked out 6 delicious recipes from the #CookBlogShare round-up hosted by The Rare Welsh Bit last week. These recipes will keep us warm as we venture into the warmer spring months.
Delicious Pastry wrapped treats
These are my idea of heaven. Great all year round but right now pastry and delicious filling hot from the oven is calling to me.

These Mustard & Sage Sausage Rolls from Curly’s Cooking are packed full of delicious flavours perfect for eating warm or cold. The only issue is they definitely won’t last very long!

This recipe for Puff Pastry Steak Bakes from Feast Glorious Feast isn’t just a Greggs steak bake copycat, it’s actually much better! With soft rump steak and rich gravy in buttery flaky pastry, you’ll be making steak slices at home from now on!
Family Favourite Meat Dishes – Perfect for a midweek dinner

Forever craving Nando’s burgers? You’re going to love the peri peri chicken burger the Rare Welsh Bit. Served in a floury Portuguese roll and finished with a dollop of avocado, lime and coriander mayo, it’s perfect for summer barbecues and midweek meals.

Easy Prawn Jalfrezi from Carrie’s Kitchen is a quick and healthy way to satisfy your mid-week takeaway craving! Made with tinned tomatoes, peppers and as much chilli as you can handle! I know prawns don’t count as meat but the dish looked too good to not include.
All things beef

These Succulent braised beef short ribs from Lou’s Kitchen Corner would be a wonderful and delicious dinner. Especially for a pot luck

Try Grandma G’s steak pie recipe from Lou’s Kitchen Corner. A comforting traditional steak pie recipe that packs flavour.
