I have rounded up my top Christmas Baking Supplies. From my favourite flavourings to equipment, find all my picks in here.
It’s so close to Christmas and it’s time, for me anyway, to get the last few supplies.
I’ve got some baking planned so a few more packs of sugar never hurt. I love gingerbread so much and Tate and Lyle Muscovado sugar is a treat to use.
Of course if you’re baking you need eggs and these happy eggs are always tasty and come from happy chickens. If I’m happy at Christmas I think the chicken’s should be too (yes I know the best before is 11th December I kept the pack to photograph).
Christmas Baking Supplies – Ingredients
For flavour Nielsen Massey is the place to go. Their vanilla is so strong and I love that even after baking the vanilla flavour and smell is present.
Gravy is so important so a little extra in the cupboard is good for me. This one from Knorr is delicious and works well for chicken and turkey. I tried both just to make sure!
I’ve so nearly run out of this gorgeous Mackay’s jam and then I remembered I have 1 extra pot in the cupboard. I can’t wait to enjoy this on toast over Christmas.
Emergency cranberry sauce! We love out cranberry sauce so we always buy an extra jar. Plus it doesn’t get used for the main turkey dinner it tasted great mixed into cakes with a little extra sugar. It’s never wasted and always wanted.
Delicious and ready to use.

This reminds me, I still need to pick up eggs and cranberry sauce before Christmas day – thanks for the post! x
I forgot eggs last year so I thought writing about it would also help me remember!
great last minute essentials! i always run out of eggs
Me too. I don’t know why as I tend to buy too many eggs the rest of the year.
Poached eggs are my absolute favourite of all the different types of eggs. Hoping for some eggs benedict on Christmas day morning!
That sounds lovely! I hope you got them x
