A Boxing Day Buffet is the best thing ever on Boxing Day. It is a delicious way to use up all the Christmas leftovers and indulge for another day over Christmas. Here is my recipe for what I include for our boxing day buffet, but the best part is picking and mixing your favourite things. I have rounded up a range of Boxing Day buffet ideas and recipes that would be perfect for including in your boxing day buffet.

There are many options on how you can lay out your buffet.
You can have everything on individual plates and bowls. Fill in any gaps with fresh foliage.
Or you can lay out layers of greaseproof paper on your table and layer the buffet. I would any bread, mince pies, vegetable sticks and any fresh fruit on the paper. I would then use bowls and plates for everything else.
Notes
It's great to have a mix of sweet, savoury, hot and cold items on your buffet table.Pickles and chutneys are always a favourite in our house.TOP TIP - make sure you don't use any real red berries from your Christmas foliage when you decorate your Boxing Day Buffet table as they are often poisonous.
