Froothie to make the Blackberry, Spinach and Ginger Smoothie
To make this super simple and yet entirely delicious smoothie I used the Optimum G2.3 Platinum Series blender from Froothie www.froothie.co.uk . It comes with two blender cups one large and one small perfect for making enough for one or a large batch for the whole family.
I used spinach for iron, ginger to help with digestion and blackberries for fibre. I also added a little celery for more of an earthy taste and a little extra vitamin k to support the blood and bones.
A super smoothie perfect for enjoying in the sunshine
