This Blackberry, Spinach and Ginger Smoothie is a delicious drink and so easy to create at home. Pop it in a blender and you’re done.

The colour is absolutely gorgeous and wants to be drunk. I can never say no to smoothies. It’s rich, fruity and earthy flavour is incredible and it’s all natural. There are no additives or preservatives it’s just simple goodness. Of course natural smoothie still have sugar.

The rich purple Blackberry, Spinach and Ginger Smoothie

The sun is high in the blue sky and my skin is loving the dose of vitamin D. While enjoying the good weather we finally have I’ve been craving a dose of something delicious and packed full of super vitamins perfect for supporting the body while the sun clears the mind.

Froothie to make the Blackberry, Spinach and Ginger Smoothie

To make this super simple and yet entirely delicious smoothie I used the Optimum G2.3 Platinum Series blender from Froothie www.froothie.co.uk . It comes with  two blender cups one large and one small perfect for making enough for one or a large batch for the whole family.

I used spinach for iron, ginger to help with digestion and blackberries for fibre. I also added a little celery for more of an earthy taste and a little extra vitamin k to support the blood and bones.

The Blackberry, Spinach and Ginger Smoothie is perfect no matter what time of year. Of course fresh is best but if you have some frozen blackberries they work just as well. You can make it in advanced too if you want. It will last a day or 2 in the fridge but might need a stir before serving. I love making this for breakfast or brunch.

Hey!! This looks really refreshing and tasty. I will definitely try this at home and treat all my friends and family with it. The addition of blackberries is making the smoothie tastier and it looks beautiful in that dark purple colour. Keep sharing such delicious and easy to make recipes.
