Vanilla Vodka

Vodka is such a versatile spirit. It’s light in flavour and can easily be added to a number of drinks to make fun festive cocktails. For this recipe, I used a vanilla vodka. The flavouring is subtle but adds sweetness to the cocktail that you would otherwise miss.

Apple Juice

One of my favourite cocktail ingredients, apple juice provides the mixer. It goes very well with the cinnamon of this apple pie cocktail. You can use fresh or carton apple juice, depending on your preference.

Cinnamon Syrup

Cinnamon is a particularly versatile flavour which works well with whisky, rum, gin, Cognac and more. If you want to help accentuate the cinnamon flavours of a cocktail, while adding a touch of creaminess to the mouth feel, add a measure of this Cinnamon Syrup
