Mango Avocado Salad Top Tips
Make sure your avocado is ripe by giving it a little squeeze before you chop it up. Check for any mould too. Avocado fans know how temperamental avocados can be!
Be sure to wash your hands after chopping your chillis and most importantly, don’t touch your eyes! They will burn and it will be very uncomfortable.
Don’t forget to wash your coriander, I grew mine in the back garden so needed to give it a full shower in order to make it safe to eat,

You can turn this easy salad into something a little more special by turning it into a Thai mango salad with roasted peanuts.
I already add chilli to the recipe to add some fire but try adding roasted peanuts to the top as you serve. It adds some crunch to the finished salad and it makes it even tastier.
Red onion Mango Salad
Add a few thin slices of red onion to the mix to add a crisp spice to the salad. Red onions are perfect raw on a salad, they’re a little peppery and wonderfully crispy.

This easy mango avocado salad is best served as fresh as possible. Avocados brown very quickly so it’s best to chop and serve your avocado mango salad straight away.
