Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack Pigs in blankets (normally packs of 10-12)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil)

Instructions
 

  • Add a piece of aluminium foil to the air fryer. You can do it without the foil but it makes cleaning up much easier.
  • (If you make your own pigs in blankets then take your cocktail sausages and wrap them in thin strips of bacon).
  • Place the pigs in blankets on the silver foil and evenly space them so they cook equally.
  • Heat the air fryer to 190ºC and cook for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway through.

  • It is easy to make cocktail sausages gluten-free by using gluten-free sausages and wrapping them in bacon.
