This is a delicious non alcoholic cocktail perfect for a relaxing afternoon or party! Elderflower Lemonade with rosemary is a soft citrus and herby drink which is delicious. (If want to make it alcoholic add gin or vodka.)
I love this quick and sophisticated take on a lemonade. It’s great to whip up in individual glasses but also looks so stunning in a glass jug. However you serve it, it truly a special take on the classic drink. Using cloudy lemonade is always a favourite of mine for drinks as it gives a beautiful colour to the finished drink or cocktail.
Elderflower Lemonade non alcoholic cocktail
This easy non alcoholic elderflower cocktail will take seconds if not minutes and you will be sipping in style quickly. It also works really well if you want to make it in bulk for a party or event. I’ve made this multiple times in jugs for family lunches and dinners.
Non alcoholic Cocktails for children
It’s a nice drink which looks fancy but is easily sipable for the whole family. It’s nice when the little ones get to try to the grown up drink! With this recipe there is nothing in it which isn’t suitable for children (adult and parent discretion of course).
You can even ask the little ones to be in charge of adding the rosemary into each glass. I know a few little ones who love this job and then they give out the drinks once they are poured. It’s so cute! When they are done they get their little glasses. I love it when they are so pleased with themselves for getting to try the posh pretty adult drink.

Elderflower and Rosemary Lemonade Recipe
The smell of rosemary is so intoxicating and an aroma I absolutely love. I find the rich earthy smell of the rosemary with the citrus works so well together. It really is a feast for the senses. It looks beautiful, has a rich variety of flavours and the combination of smells will get your mouth watering.

Non alcoholic lemonade cocktail
There are lots of non alcoholic lemonade cocktails out there but this recipe is my favourite. It’s simple and quick but tastes delicious and isn’t that all that we want with cocktails?

Lemonade with a great little update which adds something so delicious to the final drink. A great adaptation on a classic to act a non alcoholic cocktail or perfect for summer parties. Well parties all year! I’ve recommended it for weddings, summer parties, holiday drinks and everything else too. It’s also been a favourite for children too who fancy having a drink like the adults.
How to make the non alcoholic cocktail alcoholic
If you want to make it a little more ‘adult’ add 25ml or 50ml of gin, vodka, or rum to mix. It’s a great base for adding alcohol however pretty wonderful when made as is. I made this drink for the Neptune Wimbledon Autumn launch party. Find out more about my live cooking demo at Neptune here.
