Really Easy Roast Beef Dinner

I love my really easy roast beef recipe. It was taught to be my dad and now it’s my go to on how to make this on Sunday for dinner.

I’ve always loved the idea and principles of organic but sometimes from experience buying organic can be rather expensive so not always achievable.

Sainsbury’s are having an organic month to show off their organic goodies and not just how nice the items are but how affordable they are too.

Organic Beef

When exploring the aisles of what to make for an organic as I can meal I settled on an organic roast dinner. I love roast dinners and with my huge experience of eating them I thought it would be a great way of seeing if there are any differences in quality and taste.

Going through the meat section a gorgeous piece of beef took my eye and with that it was decided a big roast beef dinner with Yorkshire puddings was the way to go.

To go with the dinner we had organic red wine. I have never had organic wine before and my goodness we could all the difference. It was so smooth, full bodied and fresh and now a family favourite. The lovely bowl of organic veg. It was nice to taste greens which had that more earthy and stronger flavour. It was noticeably different in flavour and texture to the regular non organic vegetables we buy. For the potatoes we half boiled them and then roast them off in the oven.

Really Easy Roast Beef being sliced once cooked
The beef was amazing. There was a strong and obvious difference in the taste and texture of the beef to the regular non organic but similar cuts we get.

It was so appealing and easy to eat. Barely any chewing was needed as it was so smooth and delectable. The wine stock it had been cooked in and the quality of the beef resulted in succulent and juicy meat.

Having an almost entirely organic meal was a treat and thank you to Sainsbury’s for treating us.

It was lovely to try something which had such different results to regular food. There was a clear cut taste difference in quality and was incredibly enjoyable.

That beef does look amazing, as does the rest of your dinner. I normally try and eat organic, and didn’t realise quite how much organic produce Sainsbury’s has x
