Puff Pastry

Puff pastry can be homemade but it takes a lot of effort, personally, I like grabbing some puff pastry from the supermarket and using that. You can buy either just pre-made or pre-rolled too.

Tomato Puree

Large supermarkets will have a wide range of purees that you can use including many purees that contain herbs and garlic to add that extra delicious kick to making your perfect pinwheel.

Want to be extra fancy? You could always make your own tomato puree using just a few simple steps and very few ingredients.

Cheese

Cheddar Cheese is of course a go-to for any proper puff pastry pinwheel. But why not go the extra mile and make your pizza pinwheel into a confounding confectionery and mix up your recipe by adding smocked cheese or even some Mozzarella? Go for it, it would only make it taste better.
