Super Simple Slaw

This Super Simple Slaw is quick to make and tastes wonderful with a range of dishes. Perfect for BBQ season when you want a little crunch with your meal.

I love the super simple slaw. It’s crunchy, fresh and so adaptable to go with a range of meals. We started having it with pulled pork burgers and I love the difference between the hot soft pulled pork and the crunchy salad.

If a pulled pork burger takes your fancy you can find my recipe for pulled pork cooked in Wimbledon Brewery beer here.

The vibrant fresh colours of the super simple slaw. Rich purple from the red cabbage and onion, orange from the carrot and vibrant green parsley.

This is my base recipe for slaw but can be easily added to. Sometimes I add tomatoes and chilli when I want it to have more of a kick.
